1. Service Description

Hybrid Ranking ("we", "us", "our") is an SEO audit tool that analyzes web pages for technical SEO, structured data, content quality, and E-E-A-T signals. The service is available at hybridranking.com.

2. User Account

  • You can run a limited audit without an account (1 per day).
  • To access full features, you must create an account with a valid email address.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use this service.
  • One account per person. Automated account creation is not permitted.

3. Plans and Pricing

Free plan includes:

  • 20 audits per month
  • Up to 5 domains
  • Technical SEO checks (SSL, meta tags, robots.txt, llms.txt)
  • Basic structured data validation
  • Heading structure and link analysis

Pro plan ($29/month) additionally includes:

  • Unlimited basic audits and 500 AI-powered audits per month
  • Unlimited domains
  • AI-powered page type detection
  • Full content quality analysis
  • Complete E-E-A-T scoring
  • 30+ checks per page

Business ($79/month), Team ($149/month), and Agency ($299/month) plans offer additional team seats and higher AI audit limits.

4. Subscription and Billing

  • Pro subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your payment card details.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Access it from your dashboard.
  • Upon cancellation, you retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
  • Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price change takes effect.

5. Use of Artificial Intelligence

Pro audits use artificial intelligence (large language models) to analyze your pages. AI is used to detect page type and assess content quality. Generated results are suggestions and should be reviewed by you.

AI may produce results that are inaccurate or incomplete. Always use your professional judgment when acting on audit recommendations.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Submit URLs that you do not have permission to audit
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits or other service restrictions
  • Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure
  • Interfere with the normal operation of the service

7. Intellectual Property

Audit results generated for your pages are available for your use. The Hybrid Ranking service, its source code, design, and branding remain the property of the service provider.

8. Limitation of Liability

Hybrid Ranking is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability, accuracy of audit results, or achievement of specific SEO rankings. We are not liable for any damages arising from actions taken based on audit recommendations. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Withdrawal Right

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving a reason. For digital services, starting to use the service before the withdrawal period expires results in forfeiting this right (with user consent).

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users with 14 days' notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and applicable local laws. Disputes will be resolved by courts of competent jurisdiction, subject to consumer rights.
