Whether headings follow a logical hierarchy without skipping levels (e.g., H2 followed by H4 without an H3).

build How to fix

1. 1 Ensure headings descend one level at a time: H1 > H2 > H3 > H4.
2. 2 Never skip levels (e.g., do not jump from H2 directly to H4).
3. 3 Each heading should be one level deeper than its parent section.
